Lonato has launched a new tender for the management of the kiosk at the Parco delle Pozze, providing an important opportunity for those looking to run a food and beverage service in a natural setting. The municipal administration published the tender in recent days, opening participation to all entities, not just Third Sector associations as in the previous tender. Currently, the kiosk is undergoing renovation work that includes repairing the roof and updating the photovoltaic system.
The lease contract will have an initial duration of six years, renewable for another six, with a base annual rent set at 9,600 euros plus VAT. To encourage the start of the business, the rent for the first two years will be reduced to 70% of the offered amount. Interested candidates must conduct a site visit by August 29 and submit their offers by 12:00 PM on September 15. The necessary documentation is available on the Lonato municipal website.
