The exhibition “Klimt. Art Graphics,” currently taking place at the MuSa in Salò, has seen remarkable success, attracting over 12,000 visitors in just two months. In response to this enthusiasm, the exhibition has been extended until June 29, 2025. This showcase, created in collaboration with the Klimt Foundation in Vienna, features over 70 works, including lithographs and drawings that highlight key phases of the Austrian artist’s production, who spent significant time by Lake Garda in the early 1900s.
In addition to the exhibition, MuSa will host free events: on Friday, May 23, there will be a lecture by art historian Valerio Terraroli at 5:30 PM, while on Saturday, May 24, the film “Woman in Gold” will be screened at 9:00 PM in the museum’s cloister. In case of bad weather, the event will move to the Sala dei Provveditori in the Town Hall of Salò. Admission is free until seating is full, providing a unique opportunity to delve into Klimt’s figure and his artistic impact through various cultural forms.
