On August 24, 2025, Lake Garda hosted a special event organized by the 6 July Association in collaboration with the Naval Finance Guard of Salò and the Cavazza Family, dedicated to fourteen children undergoing treatment at the Civil Hospitals of Brescia. The little ones, accompanied by their families, experienced an unforgettable day aboard the patrol boats of the Finance Guard, navigating the picturesque Gulf of Salò. The gathering was marked by the presence of the new Commander of the Naval Operational Section, Captain Luca Boz, and Lieutenant C.S. m. Roberto Di Luigi.
After the thrilling boat ride, the children landed on Garda Island, where they were warmly welcomed by the Cavazza Family. This gesture further strengthened the collaboration between the 6 July Association and local institutions to support young patients and their families through events designed for sick children, bringing moments of joy and hope. As highlighted by Diego Iseppi, president of the association, every smile brought to the children’s faces represents an important step in the organization’s mission to transform pain into concrete commitment towards those facing difficult challenges.
