On Thursday 29 October, traffic around Lake Garda is affected above all by alternating one-way traffic on the Eastern Gardesana road (SR 249) at Torri del Benaco, where sewer pipeline works continue on weekdays until 6 November. In the lakeside towns, works on water and power networks, fibre optic cables and road surfaces keep several streets closed, from Lazise to Lonato and Moniga.
Gardesana and main roads
On the SR 249 Eastern Gardesana road at Torri del Benaco, between km 59+432 and km 59+450, traffic runs one way at a time, controlled by traffic lights or traffic marshals, from 07:00 to 19:00 until 6 November. The measure does not apply on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. The municipality has also allowed the contractor’s vehicles to pass inside the work area.
Roadworks in the towns

Via Po is closed to traffic until 18:00 on 30 October while the water network is replaced; emergency vehicles can still get through. In via Confine, via Venezia, Vicolo Confine, via del Burlin and via Derna, alternating one-way traffic and a parking ban apply from 07:30 to 18:00, public holidays excluded, until 6 November, for the laying of fibre optic cable.
