Lake Garda Scammers Impersonate Authorities to Sell Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They impersonate Carabinieri when calling hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurateurs around Lake Garda’s mid and upper areas, offering subscriptions to military magazines.

These are not military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to be part of the finance police, the police, the fire brigade, or municipal officers.
