Lake Garda’s Bathing Waters Remain Excellent, Few Beaches Restricted

The quality of bathing waters in Lake Garda remains very good.

Monitoring and lake perimeter

Across all 125 sampling points monitored along the entire lake perimeter by the designated Local Health Authorities, based on the restrictive Italian regulations, the following beaches are deemed non-bathable:

Brescia Shore:

– Lonato: C.B. Lonato

– Manerba del Garda: Lido Torcolo

– Padenghe sul Garda: Porto Località, Rocchetta Località

– Sirmione: Spiaggia Brema

No other bathing bans are in place due to exceeding hygienic-sanitary parameters.

The beaches marked with an asterisk have yielded favorable results in the latest analyses. They will reopen if the next sampling also produces positive results.
