The Municipality of Sirmione has announced a land auction scheduled for Monday, August 18, at 2:30 PM at the town hall, aiming to raise one million euros from the sale of four municipal lots. The auction will employ a sealed bid method, allowing buyers to submit their proposals to acquire the land based on the starting price. Among the lots for sale, lot number 2 stands out, located in the green area of Lugana, valued at 843,000 euros and featuring an area of over 3,000 square meters. Although its current designation is agricultural, future prospects could allow for residential development to meet the growing tourist demand.
In addition to the main lot, the auction also includes other interesting real estate opportunities. The first lot on Via Carlo Marx in Colombare could be transformed into a parking area and is valued at approximately 6,800 euros for 360 square meters. Another smaller parcel is available for just 1,200 euros and could be used as a green space or private road. Lastly, a green area of 280 square meters on the western side of Colombare is offered for only 3,700 euros, making it ideal for those looking to start a tourist accommodation business or a small campsite. Bids must be submitted by 12 PM on the day of the auction, accompanied by a 10% deposit.
