The Liberation Festival will take place on Sunday, April 27, at the Arci Club in Salò, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, as part of the celebrations for the eightieth anniversary of liberation. Organized by the club itself and the “Gruppo 27 Ottobre,” the event aims to promote dignity and tolerance through a series of artistic performances featuring 17 artists, including musicians, poets, and photographers. Among the highlights will be performances by Corimè, Kill Dafne, and the Officine Vanardi group, who will present musical sets, while director Matteo Delai will showcase a short film.
This initiative not only commemorates the historical memory associated with liberation but also addresses contemporary issues such as the value of democracy and the fight against authoritarian tendencies. Discussions on local matters and poetry readings will further enrich the program, making the event an important opportunity for cultural reflection for the Salò community. Through this manifestation, the organizers aim to reaffirm the significance of constitutional values in a historically meaningful context for the area.
