Local Initiative Launches Social Support Program for Vulnerable Groups
Start of the agreement and participants
On the start of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project in support of the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, particularly aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European funds.
