Lonato del Garda Hosts Key Discussion on Europe and Development with Borgese and Tovaglieri

On February 26, Lonato del Garda hosted the event “Europe Meets Garda: Development and Opportunities,” focusing on the EU’s role in local development. The event included visits to local businesses, such as Azienda Agricola Morenica and Cantina La Perla del Garda, and a public conference attended by around 100 participants, including entrepreneurs, officials, and citizens, to discuss regional growth opportunities linked to European support.

The event featured representatives from various levels of government, including regional Councillor Floriano Massardi, MP Bordonali, and MEP Isabella Tovaglieri, alongside local council members and officials. Giuseppe Borgese, President of Lonato’s City Council, emphasized the importance of dialogue between institutions and communities to foster awareness and development. The event aims to strengthen ongoing collaboration between local communities and European institutions for future growth.
