On the morning of Saturday, December 21, nine daring individuals ventured into the chilly waters of Maderno for the final rehearsal of the New Year’s swim, despite the freezing temperatures that recorded only 8 degrees outside and 11.5 degrees in the water. The participants, led by the promoter of the initiative “Those Who Swim All Year Round,” gathered at the Cavazzoni beach, where they braved the cold for about ten minutes.
Among the participants were eight adventurers hailing from locations such as Cisano, Guidizzolo, Vallio, Muscoline, and Roè Volciano. The event attracted the attention of many curious onlookers and enthusiasts, eager to experience something unique despite the frigid conditions.
