Malcesine Baldo Trail Sets New Record for International Participants

Malcesine Baldo Trail reports a 20% increase in registrations this year, with 400 participants from 19 countries. The event features three races—Ultra 52 km and Medium 26 km on Saturday, and Short 16 km on Sunday— all offering scenic lake views and qualifying points for ITRA and UTMB.

The races start and finish in Malcesine, passing through scenic routes including the Funivia station and trails in Avio and Brentonico. The Ultra covers 52 km with 3,355 meters of elevation gain, while the Medium is 26 km with 2,117 meters, and the Short is 16 km with 1,185 meters. The event aims to return to triple-digit participant numbers.
