Malcesine promotes Lake Garda: a common strategic project

Today, July 31, the new initiative for the unified tourism promotion of Lake Garda was presented in Malcesine, in the presence of the tourism assessors from the three involved regions: Trentino, Lombardy, and Veneto. The project, supported by the Border Municipalities Fund with a total investment of 900,000 euros, aims to position the lake as a unique international destination, transcending administrative boundaries and targeting strategic markets such as Northern Europe and North America. The conference featured key figures in the tourism sector, including Dario Bond, Roberto Failoni, Federico Caner, and Barbara Mazzali.

The project entails an integrated approach to enhance the tourist experience and destagionalize visitor flows, promoting activities related to wellness, outdoor sports, and culture. Through a shared thematic narrative, the initiative seeks to highlight the unique characteristics of the different shores of the lake to attract high-quality visitors. This initiative represents a significant step towards the tourism revival of the area, aimed at increasing local profitability through authentic and sustainable experiences throughout the year.
