In recent years, Vittorio had handed over the reins of the restaurant to his son Marco, who continues to uphold the family tradition with the assistance of chef Stefano Bertini. He is mourned by his children Marco and Giovanna, along with many friends who shared significant moments with him in both his personal and professional life. The funeral will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, July 15, at 4 PM at the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta in Manerba.
