The shareholders’ meeting of Garda Uno, held on April 29 in Desenzano del Garda, officially renewed the Board of Directors, confirming Mario Bocchio as president for the next three years. During the meeting, new members of the Board were appointed, representing the various municipalities served by the public multiutility, including Vittoria Goi, Francesco Cagnini, and Giancarlo Allegri. The assembly unanimously approved both the 2024 budget and the three-year forecast for 2025-2027.
Over the past year, Garda Uno has seen a significant increase in personnel, reaching a total of 221 employees and advancing important initiatives in the field of renewable energy communities. The recycling rate has achieved an average of 76.5%, while electricity production from renewable sources has exceeded 1,400 Megawatt-hours annually. President Bocchio emphasized the importance of transparency and efficiency in the management of the multiutility, highlighting the approval of services by both residents and tourists.
