Mattia Borra Clinches Italian M2 Cross Duathlon Title in Lovadina

Mattia Borra of Canottieri Garda Salò won the Italian M2 Duathlon Cross Championship on March 8 in Lovadina (TV), claiming the title in a competitive race with around 200 participants. Borra’s victory marked a significant achievement at the Italian Championships for Age Group athletes.

The event saw strong performances from the Canottieri team, which fielded nine athletes. Roberto Peduzzi finished second in M2, while Nicola Boschi (5th), Davide Capello (7th), and Simone Manovali (10th) also placed in the top ten. The team’s coach, Davide Capello, noted that several athletes made their debut in the Canottieri kit and achieved multiple top-ten finishes.
