Montichiari Hosts Conference on Housing and Social Cohesion

Montichiari municipality will host a public conference on April 16th titled “Scenarios of Social Cohesion: The Housing Chain,” focusing on housing demand and supply in the region. The event, organized by the leading municipality of District 10, aims to facilitate dialogue between institutions and operators, including experts from the Housing Agency, housing providers, and industry representatives.

Key speakers include local officials and housing sector experts discussing co-design initiatives, rent agreements, and innovative housing proposals like “Vuoto a rendere” and Impact Housing. The event also highlights recent efforts funded by the PNRR to renovate municipal housing, currently accommodating 35 residents, and a regional call for proposals involving 144 municipalities to recover public housing stock.
