Montichiari Hosts Heart Lunch to Support Hospital Cardiology
On Sunday, May 24, 2026, Castello Bonoris in Montichiari will host the inaugural Il Pranzo del Cuore, organized by CorriAMO Montichiari in collaboration with the Municipality of Montichiari and under the patronage of Barbariga, running from 11:00 to 17:00 to support the Cardiology Department of Montichiari Hospital.
The menu centers on De.Co. casoncelli di Barbariga. The gastronomic area will operate 12:00–14:30 with a fixed menu priced at €25, including casoncelli accompanied by a choice of tagliata di fassona or cotoletta with fries, giardiniera, and a cheese selection with jams. A vegetarian option features casoncelli alle erbette and medaglione alla rapa rossa; portions are designed to be shared. Local wines from the Strada del Vino Colli dei Longobardi and the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori del Garda will be available.
The day also features a free park opening with stalls from local producers and artisans, family workshops by Brescia Bimbi, and a discounted €5 admission to visit Castello Bonoris. In case of bad weather, the lunch will move to the Oratory Youth Center at Via Mulino di Mezzo 3.
