The Navigarda service has launched its summer schedule, effective from Saturday, May 17, to Sunday, October 5, to enhance mobility on the Lake Garda. The frequency of trips has been increased, providing connections between the Brescia and Verona shores, as well as daily longitudinal services between Desenzano, Peschiera, and Riva. An important new development for 2025 is the introduction of a new route from the central Brescia lake area to the upper lake, designed to promote cycling tourism and ensure smoother transportation for passengers with bicycles.
Pietro Marrapodi, Government Manager, emphasized that the new schedule is the result of careful listening to the needs of the local area and an experimental program aimed at enhancing the tourist appeal of the lake. A process has also been initiated to improve the accessibility of public transport services, achieving the “Bandiera Lilla Approved” recognition to promote inclusive tourism.
