Niccolò Genchi Takes Command in Sirmione

Chief Master Sergeant Niccolò Genchi took office yesterday as the new commander of the Carabinieri Station in Sirmione. He was welcomed at the Town Hall by Mayor Luisa Lavelli and Local Police Commander Mauro Fezzardi during an inauguration meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between the municipal administration, the Carabinieri, and the local police.

Genchi, who has more than 15 years of service in the Carabinieri and previously held roles in different stations across Lombardy, said he wants to prioritize closeness to residents and an active presence in the area. He also chose to move to Sirmione with his family, and the meeting ended with a commitment to further strengthen the institutional network locally.
