Works on the A4 Motorway: NIGHT CLOSURE OF THE SECTION BETWEEN SOMMACAMPAGNA AND PESCHIERA. On the night between Saturday, March 15, and Sunday, March 16, 2025, motorway traffic will be restricted to a single lane between the Peschiera and Sommacampagna toll booths in the direction of Venice. This intervention is part of the necessary operations for the total closure of the motorway section, which will take place from 8 PM on Saturday until 8 AM on Sunday. The works are promoted by the Cepav Due Consortium for the construction of the Brescia-Verona Lot of the High-Speed Railway Line from Turin to Venice.
During the closure, travelers heading to Milan will be directed to the Sommacampagna toll booth and can continue on the S.R.11 to re-enter the motorway at the Peschiera toll booth. Similarly, those traveling towards Venice will exit at the Peschiera toll booth and re-enter the motorway via the S.R.11 at the Sommacampagna toll booth. Additionally, the entry ramp towards Milan at Sommacampagna and the ramp towards Venice at Peschiera will be closed. Concurrently with these works, there will also be a partial restoration of the diversion in the S. Giorgio in Salici area, returning the diverted section to its original configuration.
