Palazzo Maffei and Pastificio Rana to Welcome 30,000 Students for Free Tours by 2026

Verona’s Palazzo Maffei has renewed its partnership with Pastificio Rana for the fourth consecutive year, aiming to provide free museum access and guided tours to nearly 30,000 students across all school levels by 2026. The initiative, launched in 2023 by director Vanessa Carlon and CEO Gian Luca Rana, seeks to promote cultural education by offering tailored experiences within the historic building and its extensive collection of over 750 artworks spanning 4,000 years.

The program emphasizes experiential learning, combining art with history and critical thinking, and is part of a broader effort to engage young audiences beyond digital screens. Both institutions highlight the importance of art as a tool for personal and social development, with free visits now available to new student groups, supported by qualified guides and educational activities. Palazzo Maffei, restored in 2020, houses a diverse collection that connects ancient and contemporary art, while Pastificio Rana remains a leading global pasta producer with a significant presence in Italy and the US.
