Tomorrow, Monday, at 6:00 p.m., a meeting with vendors will be held in the council chamber (at the Historic Building) to discuss Regional Law No. 10 concerning commerce in public areas, effective since April 26, 2001.
Interventions and Participants
Mauro Danzi, newly appointed commissioner for commerce of the municipality of Peschiera, strongly requested this meeting and states: “We must follow the criteria that will be issued by the Veneto Region within 120 days, with the deadline set for August 26.
We will conduct an analysis of the issues affecting this sector. This meeting, organized in collaboration with the Provincial Association of Commercial Operators, will be attended by Regional Councilor Giancarlo Conta.
We have invited the commerce assessors from the municipalities involved, which include Peschiera, Castelnuovo, Bardolino, Garda, Torri, Brenzone, and Malcesine.
The invitation has also been extended to the commanders of the municipal police and the Carabinieri, who are responsible for preventing issues and maintaining public order.
Goals and Expectations
Danzi is convinced that this meeting will generate positive ideas aimed at providing the best for tourists and residents of the lake towns, all working synergistically in compliance with the law.
