On the morning of Friday, June 13, an aircraft accident occurred in Peri di Dolcè when an crashed near the railway tracks of the Verona-Brennero line. Fortunately, the accident did not involve any trains in transit at the time of the impact. There were two people on board the aircraft, both of whom sustained serious injuries in the crash.
The response from the Fire Brigade, Carabinieri, and medical personnel from Suem 118 was immediate. The rescuers stabilized the pilot and the passenger on-site before urgently transporting them in critical condition to Borgo Trento Hospital in Verona for the necessary medical care. Authorities are investigating the causes of the accident to clarify the dynamics of the events.
