A public auction for the sale of timber will take place in Riva del Garda, with the material available from Monte Brione. The timber in question, consisting of holm oak and hornbeam in logs, will be awarded to the bidder who presents the highest offer, starting from a base price of €6.50 per quintal. Bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on July 18, following the procedures outlined in the public notice.
The final price will be determined based on the weight of the timber loaded and transported by the successful bidder, who must complete the collection within thirty days from the award. It is important to note that the sale is subject to a 10% VAT and the obligation to use appropriate means for transportation, considering the accessibility of the locations.
