With the arrival of the summer season, Sirmione and the Brescia Garda area are preparing to welcome an increasing number of tourists, thanks to the enhancement of the Garda public transport system. Starting from June 9, Arriva Italia, in collaboration with the Brescia TPL Agency, will intensify bus connections to provide an eco-friendly and convenient alternative for both residents and visitors. Among the main innovations is the Sirmione Shuttle Bus, which will operate until 00:40 with departures every 15-20 minutes, linking the historic center with parking areas and transfer points at a cost of 2 euros per ride.
Additionally, the “Call Bus” service will be available, which can be booked through the Chiamabus-Sirmione app, for transfers between Sirmione and nearby locations such as Rovizza and Lugana. The LN026 Brescia-Sirmione-Verona line will operate until 23:00, with strategic stops at the Desenzano train station. Coastal lines will also see significant enhancements to ensure smooth mobility throughout the summer. All services are accessible via the Arriva MyPay app, where users can check schedules and routes or purchase tickets directly.
