The Book Marathon returns to Riva del Garda on Saturday, June 7th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at the Galleria San Giuseppe, the former church of the Discipline. This fourth edition of the event dedicated to book culture will feature the participation of 17 local authors, ready to present their works in an outdoor setting. The initiative is the result of collaboration between Muse (Ledro Museum Network), the Alto Garda Museum, and the municipal library of Riva del Garda, and aims to promote texts that reflect the landscape of the upper Garda region.
During the event, each author will have ten minutes to share their work, aiming to engage both attendees and curious passersby. Among the authors are names like Cesare Bertassi, with an ironic vocabulary on life, and Matteo Ruffoni, with an educational reflection. The marathon will conclude with a convivial moment offered by the Benacense Bibliographic Studio of Riva del Garda, making the event not only an opportunity to discover new books but also a chance to socialize.
