The Freshwater Fish Festival will take place in Riva del Garda from October 3 to 5, featuring a series of culinary events aimed at highlighting local gastronomic traditions. The program kicks off on October 3 with “Creek Chic: Tapas & Cocktails at Zero Kilometer” at Palazzo Martini, where chef Stefano Rossi will present a gourmet aperitif accompanied by exclusive cocktails and vinyl music. The following day, the lunch event “Fish in the Square” in Torbole sul Garda will celebrate the village’s fishing roots with dishes that blend the flavors of the lake and the mountains. On October 5, the fishermen’s harbor in Torbole will host lakeside street food, including the weighing of the catch for the Torbole Pike Trophy and the awarding of the winning boats. The evening will culminate in an exclusive gourmet dinner at the Monastero Arx Vivendi in Arco.
