Riva del Garda Launches Innovation Village Retail Startup Competition

Innovation Village Retail, a startup competition organized by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi and Retail Hub, has opened applications for tech startups to showcase emerging solutions at the event scheduled for June 13-16, 2026, in Riva del Garda. The event will feature an exhibition village dedicated to innovation, following five years and ten editions of the fair.

Participating startups will compete in a pitch contest judged by an international panel, with a new Investor Simulation format offering a virtual budget for funding evaluation. The previous winter edition saw winner Solaya secure €505,000 in virtual funding. Retail Hub, founded in 2020 by Massimo Volpe, and Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, with over 1,000 exhibitors and 8,000 visitors from more than 100 countries, are now accepting applications for the upcoming edition.
