The episode of «4 Ristoranti» recorded in Riva del Garda will air tonight, Sunday, February 16, at 9 PM on SkyUno. For those without a Sky subscription, the episode will be available for free on Tv8 the following week. The crew, consisting of around 25 people, arrived in Riva del Garda on November 7, 2024, and filmed until the 12th of the same month at the competing restaurants: «La Cort», «Il Gallo», and «La Contrada» in Riva del Garda, as well as «Molo Paradiso» in Torbole sul Garda. The special dish that will be awarded is represented by strangolapreti.
The competition rules state that four restaurateurs will compete for the title of best restaurant in their category, under the supervision of chef Borghese. Each contestant hosts the other three challengers at their venue and is evaluated based on hospitality, service, and dish preparation. The participants create a scorecard assigning points from 0 to 10 across various aspects, while Borghese’s final judgment could alter the standings. The winner will not only earn the coveted title but also receive financial support to invest in their business.
