Riva Hosts Third Edition of the Challenging Alps Bike Transalp Race

The most grueling mountain bike race held in the Alps will conclude in Riva on July 29. It is the third edition of the «Bike transalp challenge». The route passes through the most beautiful landscapes of Karwendel, the Dolomites, and the Pasubio. The race will start on July 22 at 12 PM from Mittenwald, Bavaria.

Eight days later, on July 29 around 4 PM, there will be the closing ceremony on Lake Garda, in Riva. Between the two locations, there are 7 stages in Austria and Italy, totaling 600 kilometers in length and 20,000 meters of total elevation gain.
