Road accident in Lonato: fatal motorcycle crash for a 16-year-old
A fatal road accident occurred in the late morning today, July 31, on the SP25, between Lonato and Padenghe. A 16-year-old boy, riding a Yamaha motorcycle, lost control of the vehicle and collided with a car coming from the opposite direction. Despite the prompt assistance that rushed him to the hospital in Desenzano in critical condition, the young man did not survive the severe injuries sustained in the crash.
The relevant authorities from the Traffic Police are conducting investigations to clarify the circumstances of the incident. The driver involved, a 50-year-old man, is not currently under investigation. The boy was a resident of Lonato, and the local community is in shock over the tragic news.
