Road safety and commercial controls in Lazise

On the evening of Friday, August 29, **Lazise** was the focal point of a significant operation by the carabinieri, aimed at ensuring **road safety** and monitoring the compliance of commercial activities. The intervention also extended to the areas of Peschiera and Castelnuovo del Garda, featuring checkpoints on major roads and inspections of public establishments. During the roadside checks conducted on 50 vehicles, 81 individuals were identified, and 5 fines were issued for violations of the Highway Code.

A joint operation uncovered serious irregularities at a public establishment in Lazise, leading to the referral of the owner for violations of **safety** regulations. The fine imposed amounts to over 17,000 euros, including penalties related to health and workplace safety issues.
