A businessman from Brescia fell victim to a robbery orchestrated by two criminals, aged 40 and 50, near Parma. The man, lured under the pretense of selling a stock of products, found himself compelled to show the €15,000 in cash he had brought with him. After snatching the money from his hands, the robbers attempted to flee, but the businessman reacted by chasing them and clinging to their moving car. Unfortunately, he was dragged along until he finally let go out of fear of a weapon. Treated for minor injuries at a local hospital, he later filed a report providing useful details about the criminals and the vehicle used.
The investigations by the Carabinieri led to the identification of the two suspects while they were in the same vehicle in the Garda area. After stopping them for checks, the officers charged them with robbery and recovered the stolen money at the home of one of the criminals. This incident highlights the growing concerns regarding scams targeting businessmen in the region, drawing attention to the need for increased security for those operating in the commercial sector.
