Roundabout at Muro: Salò to get €336 million

A Salò, the “Rotatoria del Muro” will receive €250,000 in funding from the Province of Brescia, while the municipality has secured an additional €86,000 from the GAL Garda Valsabbia to upgrade the route to Renzano and the Madonna del Rio sanctuary. The contributions, formalised on 14 August through a protocol between Province president Moraschini and Mayor Cagnini, bring total available resources for the two projects to €336,000.

The roundabout, planned along SP 572 between Campoverde and Villa at the intersection with Via del Panorama and Via Muro, is budgeted at €480,000 and will also include a new pedestrian crossing. The €124,000 works on the path include repaving and drainage measures to manage stormwater between SS45bis and the entrance to Renzano, while the Madonna del Rio picnic area will see the renewal of tables, barbecues, bins and information boards.
