An investigation conducted by the Local Police of Valle Sabbia has led to the denunciation of a man for the abandonment of eight black bags of waste in a wooded area of Sabbio Chiese. The incident, which occurred a few months ago, involved the alleged perpetrator being identified as a resident of the Brescia Garda area, currently engaged in a move. Despite his denials, the man will now have to explain the presence of evidence linking him to the offense.
Following the investigation, a fine of 2500 euros was imposed, and the suspect has been referred to the Judicial Authority for the crime of waste abandonment. This case is part of a broader effort to combat the issue of illegal dumping, which has seen a total of 28 fines issued by the Local Police since the beginning of the year in the region.
