An important conference titled “Safety and Tourism: A Winning Combination” will take place in Sirmione on Saturday, March 8, at 5 PM, at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Piazza Europa. The event, organized by the new association “Evoluzione Civica” with the sponsorship of the Municipality of Sirmione, will address the delicate relationship between safety in the area and tourist influx, which is particularly significant during the high season. Among the speakers are Luisa Lavelli, Mayor of Sirmione, Massimo Padovan, Councilor for Safety, and Silvia Sardone, Member of the European Parliament.
The meeting will be moderated by journalist Luca Marinoni and represents an opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities related to the interaction between tourism and safety, highlighting the importance of safety as a fundamental element in ensuring positive experiences for visitors. The “Evoluzione Civica” association aims to stimulate constructive debate on the needs of local communities through events and initiatives that promote active citizen participation.
