Salerno Centronautico Promotes Marine Education and Water Sports

“The Centronautico of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the harbor.

Its premises host many students who attend swimming, sailing, and water sports activities. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and spacious areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

The students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The Centre collaborates with many sports and nautical institutions to promote marine culture among young people and to support environmental education.
