Salerno Nautical Center: Activities, Facilities, and Maritime Education

The Salerno Nautical Center was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its facilities host many students engaging in swimming, sailing, and water activities. The center includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. The center also hosts cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation.

The Center collaborates with numerous sporting and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among youth and to foster environmental education.
