Salerno Nautical Center Promotes Marine Education and Water Sports

The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located along the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its headquarters host many students attending activities such as swimming, sailing, and water sports. The facility includes a large indoor pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and events

Students participate in practical drills, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The Center collaborates with numerous sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and encourage environmental education.
