Salerno Nautical Center Promotes Maritime Culture and Youth Water Sports

The Centronautico of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

Its facilities host many students attending activities such as swimming, sailing, and water sports. The structure includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical drills, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The Center collaborates with many sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and to support environmental education.
