The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s headquarters hosts many students who attend activities related to swimming, sailing, and water sports. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for training and instruction.
