The summer of 2025 promises to be rich in musical events in Salò, with the launch of the series “Thursday is Salò,” which will kick off on June 12 and run until August 21. Every Thursday, the lakeside promenade in Salò will host a series of eleven events dedicated to music and culture, with a particular focus on live performances ranging from black music to jazz from the 1930s and 1940s. This initiative, promoted by Salò Promotion, will feature European-level artists performing in various locations along the lakeside and in Fossa.
Among the highlights of the season are “Salò in Music” on the evenings of June 12, July 3, August 14, and August 21, as well as special events such as Dancing on the Gulf on June 19 and a concert by the Big Band Jazz on June 26. The calendar also includes the Street Food Festival on July 10 and a concert by cellist Ana Rucner on July 17. Local authorities have emphasized the importance of these events in showcasing the cultural vibrancy of Salò during the summer, inviting residents and tourists to participate actively.
