The third edition of Salò Golosa, the event dedicated to food and wine and gastronomy, took place successfully in the city center on Sunday the 28th. The event saw a massive turnout of locals and tourists, drawn by a culinary journey that highlighted the authentic flavors of the region. Andrea Maggioni, President of the Merchants Association and coordinator of Confesercenti for Lake Garda, emphasized the importance of the initiative, which allowed attendees to savor dishes such as coregone and cedar tartare, Groppello Mogri risotto, and trout ravioli. The diverse menu catered to the most discerning palates, while the “Passport of Good Taste” guided participants through the various culinary offerings from numerous restaurants, bars, and pastry shops in the area. Maggioni expressed gratitude towards the supporting organizations of the event, including the Municipality of Salò and various local consortia, highlighting the collective effort that made this significant event possible for the community.
