Salò Hosts Autumn-Winter Regatta with 17 Boats

Salodiano’s Autumn Winter Sailing Championship took place in Salò’s gulf on January 31, featuring 17 boats competing in Fun and Protagonist 7.50 classes. Three races were completed Saturday before weather conditions canceled Sunday’s events.

In the Fun class, Wonderfun3, skippered by Alberto Azzi of Vela Club Campione, leads the provisional standings, followed by Banana Joe 2 and Funatica. In the Protagonist 7.50 category, three Garda Canottieri teams—YerbaCube, General Lee, and Ariel—top the leaderboard. The event is scheduled to return February 14-15, 2026.
