The documentary “Until the End of Everest” will be screened on Thursday, March 6th at 8:30 PM at the library in Salò, as part of the series “Man, Environment, and Nature: A Possible Balance,” organized by the local CAI (Italian Alpine Club). The film, which lasts 52 minutes, is presented by the author himself, Davide Chiesa, an amateur mountaineer who shares his personal experience during a two-month expedition to the highest peak in the world.
Chiesa, originally from Piacenza and passionate about photography and video making, recounts in his documentary the challenges he faced, the emotions he experienced, and the moments of reflection that characterized his adventure in extreme weather conditions. Admission to the event is free and offers an opportunity to explore the theme of amateur mountaineering through the eyes of someone who has undertaken this extraordinary endeavor.
