Salò Launches “Mountain Tales and Voices” Speaker Series by CAI

Salò hosts a series of weekly talks titled “Stories and Voices of the Mountain,” organized by CAI to deepen knowledge of the local environment and raise awareness on current ecological issues. The first event on January 8 features Silvio Scandolara discussing poisonous plants and their presence in mountain ecosystems.

Subsequent sessions include discussions on wolf reintroduction, alpine expeditions, and bird migration patterns, with speakers from research and mountaineering backgrounds. All events are free, begin at 8:30 PM, and aim to promote mountain culture and environmental understanding.
