Salò Mountaineers Launch Wild Herb Foraging Course with Local Field Trips

The Cai Salò is hosting a “Knowing Wild Herbs” course, combining indoor sessions and outdoor excursions to explore local flora. The program includes two evening classes at the Cai headquarters in Salò on March 12 and 19, followed by two full-day field trips on March 21 and 29, with locations including Salò’s surroundings and Cascina Fassane.

Participation requires prior registration, with fees of €30 for members and €40 for non-members. The course aims to teach attendees how to identify native herbs and understand their uses through practical experience in the field, supported by the Centro Agricolo.
