Salò Pasta Maker Gaetarelli Acquired Fully by Orior Group

ORIOR Group has acquired 100% of Pastificio Gaetarelli, a Brescia-based fresh pasta company, completing its takeover from a 19% stake. The deal follows years of collaboration with Pastinella, ORIOR’s fresh pasta division, and expands the company’s presence in the GDO and Ho.re.ca channels.

Company founder Massimo Gaetarelli stated the acquisition marks a significant growth step, with operations remaining in Salò. The move aims to strengthen the company’s position in the premium fresh pasta market and expand its international reach.
