San Martino to Host Public Meeting on Rivoltella TAV, Data and Environmental Focus
The San Martino TAV station is at the center of a debate that regional councillor Paola Pollini (M5S Lombardia) says must be addressed with objective data, a feasibility study, and the public interest—not political or territorial agendas. The Rivoltella public meeting is set to clarify potential environmental, mobility, and quality-of-life impacts after more than a decade of discussion, with Pollini calling for transparent analysis that considers technical assessments and allows critical views of the project.
The event is scheduled for Monday, 15 June at 8:45 p.m. in the Sala della Musa of Villa Brunati, 5 Via F. Agello, Rivoltella. It will feature transport engineer Alberto Croce, former director of Brescia’s Public Transport Agency; Andrea Spiller, Desenzano del Garda M5S city councilor; and Paola Pollini. The meeting is open to the public and aims to contribute to the ongoing discussion on a project that continues to divide local administrators, associations, and residents.
